You will need a Treasure stone (found at the bottom of the ocean) and then find a scientist on Cinnarbar Island. When it evolves it only nows Tackle and Harden. When it is about to evolve in Goldball it can learn attacks like super shine and cannonball. Silverball will only evolve if it has a companion. Normally when Silverball evolves into Goldball it will run away back to the ocean. If you evolve Silverball into Flamesphere, it will not go in a pokeball and will battle any pokemon it sees.
