The Corvallis Gazette-Times is a daily newspaper in Corvallis, Oregon. It is owned by Lee Enterprises, a company based in Davenport, Iowa. It has a daily circulaton of 11,524, and a Sunday circulation of 12,021.

http://www.mvourtown.com/services/services-media.html claims a higher "reading" circulation. http://www.lee.net/financial/04annual/lee2004ar-72.pdf shows this to be the paid circulation.
