[edit] Mention in Ep. III

I'm curious; when is it mentioned in Revenge of the Sith? I don't remember that ... (Of course, I've only seen it once...) --Yar Kramer 05:14, 19 January 2006 (UTC)

I don't know. None of the scripts online have the word in them, and the closest I can seem to come is Shadday Potkin, who was in Ep. III, and later dueled Vader with a cortosis blade. --maru (talk) Contribs 20:35, 21 January 2006 (UTC)
I think I would have noticed if it was mentioned, but I can't recall any reference to it in the actul movies. -Xol 02:04, 26 January 2006 (UTC)
Hmm ... this has an edit mentioning that General Grievous had cortosis armor, but this isn't actually mentioned in the movie. --Yar Kramer 17:29, 26 January 2006 (UTC)
That edit can't be entirely correct. Magna Guards don't have cortosis armour, since Obi Wan and Anakin kill some of them on the deck of Greivous' ship with their lightsabers. Their weapons could be made of cortosis since they resist the lighsabers, but more likely they have some sort of energy field. --Funkmaster 801 18:37, 30 January 2006 (UTC)
There is a Game Boy Advance game that mentions cortosis. The game came out before any real details of Ep. III were released to the public, and it shows a different rendition of what might've happened. I don't remember what it's called, and I no longer have it, but I remember it very well. I believe cortosis came from the game. Cao Wei 06:36, 17 June 2006 (UTC)
Star Wars: The New Droid Army. Cortosis existed long before that game, being an EU invention. --maru (talk) contribs 01:48, 21 June 2006 (UTC)
