Talk:Corsica, South Dakota

It seems odd to describe a place with a population of 600 or 700 people as a city without defining what the word "city" means in this context. Presumably it has some legal or formal meaning, because according to ordinary usage this would actually be a very small town. Metamagician3000 11:45, 27 March 2006 (UTC)
All municipalities in South Dakota are incorporated as "Cities". It is entirely a legal term and has nothing to do with size. There are even smaller towns in SD with only a hand full of people that are still "cities". sdgjake 15:38, 10 September 2007 (UTC)
