Have a look at the details listed for 25/12/87 and 8/12/89. Although I understand the reason (ratings being given in percentage of total audience), these two sets of figures need explaining a little, since they seem at first sight to be at odds with each other. The BFI say that the highest-rated ep was on 19/03/1989 http://www.bfi.org.uk/features/mostwatched/1980s.html --82.15.46.131 15:11, 22 October 2006 (UTC)

I put the events into individual year headings as I think it makes the article easier to read. Howeer, if anyone disagrees with this then I suppose you can revert it. Dippit 09:34, 6 December 2006 (UTC)
