[edit] style / tone issues?
Hello, I know I'm just butting in here but I read over the article and I feel like parts of this article go against the grain of some Wikipedia:WikiProject Classical music standards for article-writing. Please check out Wikipedia:WikiProject_Classical_music#Evaluative_passages to see what I'm thinking about. In places the tone feels very much like a fan appreciation of the pieces (don't get me wrong -- I completely agree with the descriptions). I love the open details around their composition, but perhaps we could drop the "program notes"-style description of Zadok, especially since it has its own article as well.
just my two cents Fred 03:36, 20 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Copyvio
The version of the article as of March 7, 2007 [1] is copied from http://aylesburychoral.org.uk/concerts/works/handel_coronationanthems.htm. the page provides permission to other societies to use the text in their programs, but there is no assertion that it has been released under the GFDL. -- Whpq 13:34, 19 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Coronation Anthems (Handel)
I noticed that this point here. Shouldn't this be the other way around? I like having the composer's name in the title, especially if the title of the work is as generic as this one is. DavidRF (talk) 06:02, 2 February 2008 (UTC)
