I think this article could be made more useful by including information about how much (if at all) core body temperature in humans varies from time to time, or from individual to individual, and about how accurate the figure given is. -- Grgcox 16:10, 4 November 2006 (UTC)

I think you'll find that information in Fever. I believe that the answer is ±0.7 degrees C per day (temperature measured at the same time of day, every day, for many days), with about as much again during the day (lowest body temperature to highest body temperature if you checked every hour around the clock).
