This is a copyrighted image that has been released by a company or organization to promote their work or product in the media, such as advertising material or a promotional photo in a press kit. Though this image is subject to copyright, it is made available on a very wide promotional license "for publishing and personal use" that would cover Wikipedia use. Additiopnally its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws, and any stricter requirements of Wikipedia's non-free content policies, because:

1. It illustrates an educational article about the entity the photo represents.
2. The image is used as the primary means of visual identification of the article topic, for informational purposes which adds significantly to the article.
3. It is not replaceable with an uncopyrighted or freely copyrighted image of comparable educational value, as this R&D UAV is not flown from public airfields or ordinary airspace.
4. The copyright owner will not lose income as the original photo is made available widely at no charge.
