Cory Pecker (born March 20, 1981, in Montreal, Quebec) is a Canadian professional ice hockey right winger.

He was drafted in the sixth round, 166th overall, by the Calgary Flames in the 1999 NHL Entry Draft. He is currently playing with the Nationalliga B's Switzerland team HC Lausanne.

After playing five seasons in the Ontario Hockey League with the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds and Erie Otters, Pecker made his professional debut with the Cincinnati Mighty Ducks of the American Hockey League in the 2002–03 season. He has spent his entire career to date in the AHL, with the exception of two brief stints in the ECHL with the San Diego Gulls and Phoenix RoadRunners. He signed with HC Lausanne of the Swiss League in 2007.
