Kornelia "Corrie" Winkel (born February 26, 1944 in Groningen) is a former backstroke swimmer from The Netherlands, who won the silver medal in the 4x100 m medley relay at the 1964 Summer Olympics. She did so together with her team mates Klenie Bimolt, Ada Kok and Erica Terpstra.
At the same tournament in Japan she finished in 14th position on her sole individual start, in the 100 m backstroke. Two years earlier Winkel won the silver medal, in the 100 m backstroke, at the European Championships long course in Leipzig (1962).
