Coronel Vidal is a town in Buenos Aires Province, Argentina. It is the head town of the Mar Chiquita Partido.
The settlement was founded on May 28, 1883 by Dardo Rocha, named in honour of Don Celestino Vidal, a hero of the Argentine War of Independence.
