Redmond, Washington based CoroWare, Inc. is a software and software professional services provider and mobile robotics integrator and developer. The company offers a variety of services including Enterprise Business Solutions, Near-shore Outsourcing, Customer Care Practice, and Microsoft Practice. CoroWare was founded in 2003 by David Hyams and Lloyd Spencer. Knowing robotics would not be an easy industry in which to build a business, the founders relied on their expertise in the computer and networking industries to begin generating revenue through Enterprise Business Solutions. CoroWare joined the Technology Collaborative of Pittsburgh, PA in 2005. In 2006 CoroWare became a subsidiary of the public corporation Innova Holdings, later named Innova Robotics & Automation.[2][3]
