The Cornwall Friends Meeting House is a Quaker place of worship in the town by that name in Orange County, New York. It gives its name to Quaker Avenue, the street it is located on between Cornwall-St. Luke's Hospital and US 9W.
Built in 1790, it emulates the doubled style of meeting house pioneered by Buckingham Friends Meeting House in Pennsylvania two decades earlier.[1] It was the first house of worship built in the town,[2] which had been settled by Quaker David Sands, whose house is a mile (1.6 km) to the east.
