The Cornell University Chorus is the premier women's ensemble at Cornell University, and was founded in 1921 as the Cornell Women's Glee Club. Consisting of roughly sixty members, the chorus performs a variety of works from Classical to Modern in a variety of languages.

Adopting a motto of "No Whining, No Flowers", the Cornell University Chorus seeks to deviate from the typical genres of music set for female choirs by commissioning unique musical pieces. These pieces employ text from poems written by women, and set to music by female composers.
