Corinne West

Corinne West is an American singer-songwriter from California. She is known for her bluegrass-influenced Americana music. Her songwritng has been met with much critical acclaim and also secured her a position as a finalist in the 2005 New Folk competition at the Kerrville Folk Festival. She maintains an almost constant and extensive touring schedule throughout the United States performing with a changing cast of backing musicians. In July, 2006 she was featured in an interview on the BBC2 radio program, Bob Harris Country.
West's 2007 album, Second Sight features a number of notable guests, including: Dobro player, Jerry Douglas, mandolinist, Mike Marshall, and Darol Anger on fiddle.
