Corinne, pronounced "ker - in", "core - in", "core-rin" or "ko-reen", is a female name, and the French or English variant of Corinna or the Greek Korinna, meaning "maiden."
Various spellings of the name exist, although some attest that "Corinne" is the most appropriate and age-old spelling.
