The lance-leaved coreopsis, Coreopsis lanceolata, is a species of coreopsis (Tickseed). This perennial is a native plant found throughout the eastern part of the United States and in many parts of the western U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
Lance-leaved coreopsis produces yellow flowers in late summer.
The root of this plant may be used to provide flavor via an infusion with beverage alcohol for the Korean drink Duduk.
