Coreglia Antelminelli is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Lucca in the Italian region Tuscany, located about 70 km northwest of Florence and about 25 km north of Lucca. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 4,983 and an area of 52.8 km².[1]
The municipality of Coreglia Antelminelli contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Lucignana, Gromignana, Tereglio, Ghivizzano, Piano di Coreglia, Calavorno, and Vitiana.
Coreglia Antelminelli borders the following municipalities: Abetone, Bagni di Lucca, Barga, Borgo a Mozzano, Fiumalbo, Gallicano, Pievepelago.
