- Professional corporation (history · last edit) from "Glossary" for "Professional corporation" definition posted in nolo.com[5] (added EL to the Wikipedia article page for comparison). Previous editors (prior to me) seem to have plagiarized material from that site's glossary; no citations were given at all for the article.
