Well, the original table was directly copied from MY SITE http://monorail-man1979.tripod.com/monorail_info.html A table is a table. they use the same HTML code to create so of course it's going to look the same. You are claiming I copied the table directly from www.monorailyellow.com however the "table" listed there is not a table at all, it's an image, so how could I copy the table code from an image? As for the rest of the information, and images. It' is all "fair use" information available from MANY sources. There are thousands of monorail fans out there and I am positive that the majority of them have seen, or read the same books, pamphlets, web sites, videos, etc. and all know the same information. so when more then one monorail fan creates a web site, (like mine http://monorail-man1979.tripod.com/monorail_info.html) odds are another monorail fan has a web site with the EXACT same information listed. It's the same as Webster's Dictionary vs. another brands dictionary. Both have the same information because thats the information available. You may use others' information in Wikipedia, but not their prose (unless it is a small, attributed quotation or a part of commentary on the source). The fact that that material has been published and widely distributed, either legally or illegally, does not diminish its copyright protection. The images of the trains, unless their copyright holders agree to release them under a free license, may not be used. The copyright for the text belongs the original author; in this case, you have admitted that that is not you. www.monorails.org may or may not be the original publisher of the text.
