I'm not the person with notability concerns, but I hope I can offer help -- however, you shouldn't remove tags on an article you created, that's against Wikipedia policy. If you look up the Wikipedia policy found at WP:Notable, that will give you an idea of the criteria that administrators and editors use when adding tags. Essentially, I expect the person who added the notability tag was looking for impartial third-party references asserting the notability of the programme in question.
