The former local government of Coonalpyn Downs District Council's logo. Originally uploaded on the English wikipedia from a scanned image by another user. Although the council no longer exists, copyright may still apply to all property of the council, including this logo.

Constitutes fair use because:

  • It is the primary symbol that identifies' the Coonalpyn Downs District Council, and is incorporated in an article about the Coonalpyn Downs District Council, which the logo represents.
  • It is a low resolution image, and thus not at all suitable for production of counterfeit goods. The fact the council no longer exists also implies the logo has no commercial, political or practical significance any more.
