1952 – 1958 GREEK GYMNASIUM

               Classical studies orientation.n
               Finished first with 19.6 out of 20 maximum.

1958 – 1963 MASSACHUSETTS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY

               Special program restricted to 5 top students.
               Formally with the department of Aeronautics and Astronautics 
               but with complete freedom to choose courses from other departments
               and directly at graduate level.
               Fellowship of the MIT Sloan School of Management.
 
               Thesis : Mathematical formula for interplanetary travel . 
               Used by NASA for the first Moon landing and subsequent APOLLO program
               expeditions .
               Obtained the degrees of Bachelor and Masters of Sciences ,
               concurrently , in 1963 .
               Finished first with 4.8 out of 5.0 maximum , the highest ever grade 
               achieved at MIT.

1963 – 1966 GREEK NAVY

               Obligatory military service.
               National swimming and water polo team.
               Concurrently:
               DOXIADIS  ASSOCIATES
               Worked directly for Dr. Constantine Doxiadis.
               Developed city and regional planning models which were applied to 
               projects in the USA and worldwide.
               Introduced the concepts and parameters of Energy,Pressure , 
               Temperature , Enthalpy , Entropy and Probability 
               into City Planning and Ekistics.

1966 – 1967 IMPERIAL COLLEGE and LONDON UNIVERSITY

               Master of Science and DIC.
               Civil and Structural Engineering.
               Scholar of the British Council

1968 – 1969 LITTON INDUSTRIES

               Economic and Development projects for Greece.

1969 – 1975 N . J . GOULANDRIS and THE ENFIELD GROUP

               Negotiated the purchase of Neorion Shipyards, in Syros, Greece.
               Chairman, Managing and Technical Director of Enfield Automotive.
               Designed and developed the Enfield 8000 Electric City Car , 
               the first electric car in the world to win commercial contracts in
               competition against Ford, British Leyland and other major car 
               manufacturers.
               The Enfield 8000 , used as a City Car in London for over 4 years was
               removed from circulation in exchange for Tanker charter contracts . 
               The Oil lobby won during the Oil crisis of 1973.


1975 – 1977 STANFORD RESEARCH INSTITUTE

               Opened and directed the United Kingdom office for SRI of Menlo Park 
               in California.
               Provided Management Consulting services to the top management of
               International blue chip companies
               Emphasis in the Management of Change and Decisions


1977 – 1989 QUANTUM CONSULTANTS INTERNATIONAL

               Started as Senior Vice President of Europe , based in London , and 
               became Senior Vice President worldwide in 1982 ,
               with headquarters in Manhattan, 
               when the European business , starting from 20% in 1977 , 
               surpassed the combined American and Japanese business
           
               Continued emphasis in working with the top management of large and 
               rapidly moving International groups
               on the Management of Change , Decision making and
               the combination of Business Development - Marketing

1989 - Today MANAGEMENT , INVESTMENT AND TRADE ( MIT )

               MIT and MIT Partners continue to supply services as per above 
               but on an executive advisory capacity and
               in the areas of Strategies and Business Development.
               The addition of Russia opened new vistas for MIT and the MIT Partners
               and a variety of businesses emerged
               a. Selling to Russian companies second hand and
                  reconditioned western factories.
                  This business was , also , extended to China.
               b. Buying from Russia and re-selling to the West
                  equipment of western origin.


               c. Executive Advisors to the President and CEO of KamAZ 
                  a vertically integrated truck producer.


                  KamAZ became the springboard for serious contacts and businesses 
                  for MIT and the MIT Partners ,  especially after we secured a $100
                  million working capital loan from EBRD
                   Joint Ventures with KKR , Cummins , Tata , ZF etc emerged and
                   today our deep rooted contacts from the KamAZ  “kitchen” include
                   the top echelon of Gazprom and Gazprombank ,
                   the owner of the United Financial Group (now DEuSCHE - UFG )  
                   members of the Federal Government , 
                   the 2004 Patriarch of the Russian businessmen , 
                   the owner of Russian Aluminium ,
                   the owners of KKR , the CEO of Novelis etc.
                   Additionally the above have led and keep leading to very highly
                   placed contacts in Libya , Iraq ,  Azerbaijan,Kazakhstan etc and
                   the financial centres  not only OF Moscow 
                   but , also , NY and London.
                d. Advisors to the President and Prime Minister of Tatarstan ,
                   Russian Federation.

                Currently
                MIT LTD and MIT Partners LTD are completing a portfolio of
                select companies for the benefit of which they will
                gear , on a hands on basis , all the above mentioned
                accumulated experience , know-how and contacts.

                Disclosure ( NCND ) agreement developed by the
                International Chamber of Commerce ( ICC )
