{{ConfirmationOTRS|source=source|otrs=ticket number}}

Using this template: "source" is the source of the article (which may or may not be a URL). "otrs" is the ticket number on OTRS under which verification of permission was received.

DO NOT USE THIS TEMPLATE if there is no OTRS ticket to associate with it.

This template adds pages to Category:Items with OTRS permission confirmed.
