[edit] Cancellation
The link provided with the statement that the show has been cancelled doesn't contain any such statement-- it's just says that it got poor ratings and that that "may have sealed the show's fate". Is there an actual announcement from NBC the article could link to? siafu 03:59, 31 May 2006 (UTC)
- The closest you're going to get is that Conviction wasn't placed on the Fall schedule at the upfronts. It might be a little longer before they release the list of cancellations. --waffle iron talk 04:02, 31 May 2006 (UTC)

- I've seen some sites that actually say it's been cancelled and won't be renewed...In other words, it's done with. Michael 06:51, 15 June 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Episodes
I have merged the episodes article back into this one because the table is not very large (and since the show is cancelled, it won't get any larger). I think the episodes article could be useful if summaries and such are added, but until they are, there's not much reason for it to exist. —Mira 19:04, 14 June 2006 (UTC)
[edit] read
This show is either restarting or is being repeated as its on the UK cable channel "hallmark"
[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Conviction.jpg
Image:Conviction.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

[edit] Appearances of actors on other L&O franchises
It's already mentioned that Milena Govich and Julianne Nicholson appear as regular characters after the show was cancelled.
Julianne Nicholson also appeared in the episode titled "All My Children" (L&O Season 11 Episode 20) in 2001 as the sister of a murder victim.
Jordan Bridges appeared in "F.P.S." (L&O:CI Season 3 Episode 10)
More in keeping with information already in the article, Anson Mount appears in the episode titled "Church" (L&O Season 17 Episode 14) in 2007.
All of this info can be found in their imdb profiles. 128.2.101.22 (talk) 04:06, 21 February 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Looking for help writing an article about the spin-offs and crossovers of this series
I am writing an article about all of the series which are in the same shared reality as this one through spin-offs and crossovers. I could use a little help expanding the article since it is currently extremely dense and a bit jumbled with some sentence structures being extremely repetitive. I would like to be able to put this article into article space soon. Any and all help in writing the article would be appreciated, even a comment or two on the talk page would help. Please give it a read through, also please do not comment here since I do not have all of the series on my watch list. - LA @ 16:22, 16 March 2008 (UTC)
