Talk:Contrast bath therapy
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I'm wondering if this article is correct. It says that the person starts out with cold water and then immerses in hot water but then it states that hot water is used for vasodialation and then cold water is used for vasoconstriction. So which way is correct? It's supposed to be hot first and end with cold to reduce blood flow and inflammation —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.24.202.56 (talk) 23:01, 14 February 2008 (UTC)
