Talk:Constitutional theory
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
[edit] Who should be include as a constitutional theory "thinker"?
I agree with many of those listed on the thinkers section, with the possible exception of Alex Kozinski. Influential and well-respected jurist? Certainly. Constitutional theorist? Probably not. To my knowledge, although he has authored excellent opinions that certainly touch on questions of interpretation and constitutional powers, he has not written works of constitutional and legal theory similar to either Antonin Scalia or Richard Posner.
Some discussion on this topic would be good. I'd like to propose removing Judge Kozinski, but would like to hear from others, first. Chart123 18:28, 19 April 2006 (UTC)
