Talk:Constitution of Estonia
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I recommend you this translation. Its wording is semi-official. Its the original version of 1992.
Here are the amendments. Andres 17:56, 2 August 2006 (UTC)
This article still needs comparing with the other translation, and also specific links to relevant articles. Andres 20:20, 8 August 2006 (UTC)
- I'm not sure if I'm looking at the wrong translation, but it seems to be identical to the one I used. Where can I find the relevant articles? I'm not sure if we have them on the English Wikipedia, but I may be looking in the wrong places. Srose (talk) 14:45, 9 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Historical context
How is or isn't this constitution continuous with or derived from the original (pre-WW II) constitution? —Pēters J. Vecrumba 16:52, 28 September 2006 (UTC)
- Good idea... that should probably be included if I can find the information. Thanks! :) Srose (talk) 16:18, 14 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] preambule!
preambule should be also included. In fact, it's one of the most imporant parts of the constitution, as it gives reason for the state to exist at all.
i'd put it here myself, but i don't think, that my english is good enough for such contribution

- I found an already translated preambule, so i'll insert it here anyways. it can always be removed, but i see no reason --Sorent 15:06, 16 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] WikiSource?
Shouldn't most of the article be moved to WikiSource?<unsigned!?>
- I agree, most of it should, and be linked from here where basics concepts and history are outlined.--Alexia Death the Grey 10:32, 24 October 2007 (UTC)
