[edit] Constantine the city and the province

the article merges both city and province together, I suggest 2 different articles, the ar: link was changed by me to link to the province not the city. --The Brain 11:40, 6 September 2005 (UTC)

[edit] History from 400 to 500 AD

The history section on this article mentions that the city fell to the Vandals in 432 AD. That sounds reasonable, but on Bruce Gordan's Regnal Chronologies' section about Constantine, he notes that Constantine never fell to the Vandals, and remained in Roman hands through the entire Vandal period. And the Euratlas map of 500 AD shows a "Kingdom of the Romans and Moors", which I've never seen mentioned anywhere else. Does anyone know which is correct?
