Here are some tasks you can do: Expand: Original RFC and grant process in GRADD project & coverage of other distinct programs, progress of each, role of bidding companies and supporting governments Disambiguation: If Connect America, the parent 501c3, proves relevant, might consider moving this article there and adding coverage of it and ConnectTennessee, although neither seem as developed as the KY project. NPOV: Cover any applicable criticism the project may have garnered - There is a fair bit on articles they mirror on their press page, although most only seem to make cursory dismissive mention of CK rather than listing complete and thorough criticisms.
