I can find no other reference to this medal, which leads me to believe that it's a complete fabrication. Unless someone can provide sources, I will propose that it be deleted. Alcarillo 18:19, 28 March 2007 (UTC)

I discovered that the name is incorrect. It should be Congressional Silver Medal[1]. As for the requirements, I'll have to investigate futher. In the meantime, I'm moving this page. Alcarillo 15:43, 29 March 2007 (UTC)
