[edit] sublist associations

I think the conferences should be headers, with associations listed underneath each.

For example:

[edit] NORTHERN CALIFORNIA NEVADA CONFERENCE UCC (source)

According to their website on October 2005: "NCNC comprises 121 full-member congregations, 11 churches in care, and 3 churches in preliminary exploration, 365 ordained ministers, 4 commissioned ministers, and 6 licensed ministers. We have 45 persons-in-care, preparing for ordained or commissioned ministry. The Conference covers 137,094 square miles, from the Oregon border to the southern boundaries of the California counties of Monterey through Inyo; from the Pacific Ocean east to the 117th meridian in Nevada; and is grouped into 6 Associations"

  • Bay Association -- NCNC ASSOCIATION # 004
