[edit] censure
Isn't censure a concurrent resolution? 65.24.127.241 14:15, 6 December 2006 (UTC)
Usually not. When the House or the Senate censures one of its members, it does so by a simple resolution. If, perhaps, the Congress as a whole was going to censure another individual (presumably the President or an executive branch official) then it would probably be done by a concurrent resolution.
