Matching the assessment with the stub comment on the actual page. This is indeed a stub and requires a lot more information. Some information on the origin of this principle, including how it was a relatively late addition championed by Ian McPherson during his tenure at ICA, would be great (although that's not necessarily a NPOV comment since I'm a fellow canuck :).
