Because, as you have noted, the Conan logo is under copyright and I do not see how a fair use case allowing commercial use can be made in this context. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a book database. --Pak21 13:43, 14 June 2007 (UTC)

I believe he was talking about the “Back cover reads” not the logo. I see cover info all over Wikipia ant the Internet
