This image, ConquerorLobbyCard.jpg, is being linked here; although the picture is subject to copyright I (Hal Raglan) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

According to the Wikipedia:Fair use tag for movie posters, "it is believed that the use of scaled-down, low-resolution images of movie posters, to illustrate the movie in question, qualifies as fair use under United States copyright law." Lobby card sets were issued along with movie posters for theater owners to advertise motion pictures, and as such I believe the same fair use rationale applies to the use of a lobby card as it would to a movie poster. The image has been added to the article to assist in critical commentary/discussion of the film in question.Hal Raglan 01:42, 13 April 2006 (UTC)
