Conus mcgintyi is a species of sophisticated predatory sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk, more popularly known as a cone snail, cone shell or cone.

This is a western Atlantic species, which occurs from Florida to Brazil.

The shell is very elongate with a high spire. The external coloration is white with orange markings.
