Contraband (Australian band)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Contraband was a Sydney hard rock band, previously known as Finch. The band formed as Stillwater in 1973 and changed its name soon after to Finch. In 1978, after signing a deal in the US with CBS's subsidiary label, Portrait Records, the name was changed again to Contraband[1]. The band broke up in 1979. Former band members include Mark Evans (AC/DC) and Bob Spencer (Skyhooks, The Angels).
