Constantin Constantinescu-Claps

Constantin Constantinescu-Claps (1884—1961) was a Romanian state figure and a Corps General from January 24, 1942. Constantinescu-Claps participated in the World War I. On November 9, 1941 he was appointed the commander of Romanian 4th Army. On February 10, 1943 he was replaced by Constantin Sanatescu and fired.
