Constant Terence Cap (born 21 November 1981) is a registered referee of the Kenya Rugby Football Union (KRFU). At 20, he became the youngest ever top level rugby referee in Kenya. He is of Dutch, Belgian and Kenyan origin. He also runs a youth rugby club called Makarau R.F.C.
