Consolidated Media Holdings is one of Australia's largest companies, with interests primarily in media. It owns PBL Media, which in turn owns ACP Magazines Limited and Nine Network.

The company was formed on November 30 2007, from the demerger and name change of Publishing and Broadcasting Limited. The gaming assets of PBL were spun out into Crown Limited.
