Conrad Vernon (born July 11, 1968, in Lubbock, Texas[1]) is an American director, writer, and voice actor, best known for his works on the DreamWorks animated films on Shrek and Shark Tale.

Vernon studied at Cal Arts, and worked as a storyboard artist on Ralph Bakshi's Cool World, 2 Stupid Dogs, and Rocko's Modern Life, Morto the Magician, and Shrek; additionally, he directed Shrek 2.[2]

He also worked in the same capacity on Antz.
