Conrad Laforte (1921 - ) is a Québécois ethnologist and librarian. Born in Kénogami, he studied in Chicoutimi, the Université Laval, and finally the Université de Montréal. He is known for having created the Catalogue of French Folksongs which contains 80,000 entries.
