From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Connor Maddog Blythe was the winner of the 1992 Brownlow Medal, which is awarded to the "best and fairest" player in the Australian Football League during the regular season. In his younger years he played for the Bell Park Dragons who won the Premiership in 2003. They then a couple of years later went on to play newtown in the 2005 grand final and unfortunately lost, with newtown then going on to win the 2006 grand final defeating lara with (skipper) Matt Higgins captaining them to back to back grand final victories.
