Conn Jackson (born January 24, 1967) is host, and Executive Producer of the “Conn Jackson Show’ [1] formerly known as Cafe Central TV. Conn Jackson, left the Investment Banking after 9/11 to return to his entertainment roots. Conn Jackson was a young executive with the Walt Disney Company, and created TV that not only entertained and informed, but also inspired[citation needed]. His inspiration came from Oprah.

Jackson was born in Redondo Beach, CA. He attended Cornell University in Ithaca, NY where gained his Bachelor of Arts Degree. He also went to Harvard University were he received his MBA.

Conn dedicated the creation to the show to his mother. His mother had a major influence on his life, raising him as his mother/father. Conn’s father choose not to be apart of Conn’s life after he divorced Conn’s mother. As a result, many of the public service announcements run during the show relate to fathers getting involved in their children's lives.

At the forefront of Conn’s life is fighting for women’s issues.[2] He is often quoted as saying, “I believe my Mom deserved better and so do women of today.” He has an active role in the Women’s Leadership Exchange where he serves as a board member.[3] He volunteers and commits to being in the lives of young people encouraging them to live out their dreams[citation needed]. He also has high-profile women on his show, with recent examples including Maya Angelou, Jane Fonda, Arianna Huffington.

The Conn Jackson Show presently reaches 15 million cable homes in the Southeast...60 markets total. the Conn Jackson Show was created right after 9/11 to recognize people, places and activities making a difference. The show currently airs in Australia, Bermuda, and 60 Markets in the US including Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta among others. Also the show airs on Pride Nation out of Key West on WGAY-LP.The Conn Jackson Show has interviewed: Maya Angelou, Rudy Giuliani, Ted Turner, Magic Johnson, Emeril Lagasse, Michael Kors, LeAnn Rimes, Tommy Hilfiger, Samuel L Jackson, Vera Wang, Robert Verdi, Donald Trump, and Mark Burnett.
