Congress (Secular), is a political party in India. congress secular is new form of congress socialists in kerala , formed after the split in NCP in Kerala. It was lead by Kadannappally Ramachandran. It has one MLA Kadannappally Ramachandran from Kannur district. Currently it has very small number of members.
