Congregation Adath Jeshurun (or the "First Haitian Baptist Church") is a historic synagogue and church at 397 Blue Hill Avenue in Boston, Massachusetts.

The site was built in 1906 by Frederick Norcross and added to the National Historic Register in 1999.
