Congaline

Congaline is a large village on the Caribbean island of Barbados where the annual Congaline Carnival is held. During this festival, participants try to "congalign" misaligned conga lines to create the straightest and most aesthetically pleasing line. This practice also frequently occurs during UN meetings, world economic councils, and at Rayna's mom's house last night.
