Confidential Assassination Troop (traditional Chinese: 密殺戰群 aka C.A.T) is a Hong Kong-originated manhua series, created by Fung Chin Pang. Its been published in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Italy and France.

The third World War is nearing. Each super power country is going through a communications war to prepare for it, a war to obtain the top profiles' information of enemy countries using the Russian's secret weapon BEAR, China's Hao Long, and the United State's Confidential Assassination Troop, a.k.a. CAT.

the plot Begins in 200X in Russia with CAT next to a bridge. soon 2 guards come by and told her to go away as this was a restricted Military prison complex she ignored them but killed them when they tried to shove her off.

CAT - Traumatized as a child; she witnessed her father committing suicide after killing her mother. Ever since then, she has wandered through the streets and lived among cats. CIA discovered and chose her as a test subject for the SFP (Sensory Function Promote) Project, ultimately forcing her to be trained in the art of killing from the ages 11-13. During this time, she was raped by three of the officers from the program which caused her to escape this "hell hole" as she calls it. to hunt down her three rapist in vengeance. She later was picked up by an Assassin Ring whose head was interested in Little Girls assassin and after 2 years wanted to have "service" from her. she easily killed her and started to take Free-lance contracts from anyone only for information to extract her Revenge which is the sole purpose of her life. Later after spending time with Joy Yee she soon learned what it was like to live a normal life. and told Joy Yee that she would be leaving, but He responded by going with her which brought her to tears. revealing possible emotions for him.
Alvas - The former director of United States CIA. managed to get his Bachelors Degree at 14, master at 16 won various international tournaments in Karate, Swordsmanship and Guns. at age 22 joined the CIA and at 31 became the Director using his high intelligence, he used Chinese, Russian, and American agents to complete his own agenda with the game But his time is limited that he has a Brain Tumor. He's currently in Russia awaiting for his game to unfold wanted CAT to find Pandora's Box which is revealed that the BEe project a large Mech Suit in a shape of a Bee that's used in Warfare which is controlled by a Human via his/her Nervous System, and he planned to have CAT as the Pilot.
Polguschev - A colonel of Russia's National Defense. Seven years ago, he joined the CIA as a spy. His superintendent at the time was Alvas whom he became very good friends. He then managed to steal many information regarding the SFP. His current goal was to discover the truth behind the game. Also he's the co-designer with Alvis on the BEe Project a remote control long range Unmanned Aircraft that's extremely destructive.He's Notes that the BEe is similar to the Apparatus 5000 which the Russians are building, But realizes that the Software is exactly Identical showing that Alvas can use their Machines at any given time. After that the Base comes under a Massive electronic Virus.
Hao Long - He is China's top agent. On his way back from stealing United States' SFP projects information in Alaska , he was attacked on the train by CAT, which caused his sister to be heavily injured and later in the Train he managed to Fight off BEAR and escaped with his sister by blowing the train in half. He's extremely skilled in Knives and easily managed to take down scores of men without a scratch. His dexterity is a match to Cat. His preferred weapon are 2 knife on a chain that's connected to his middle finger of each hand. And tells Cat that he protects Cat to make sure that he will be the one dealing her punishment.
Hao Fung - Hao Long's little sister; also an agent with a high alacrity. Her specialty is computers, she is a brilliant hacker and can hack any server through a computer. and has a close bond with her brother. On the way back to China after their mission in Alaska, she was heavily injured by CAT when she tried to defend her brother despite his protest of leaving the train. shes currently resides in a Critical State in the Hospital but her Situation stabilized.
Gum Joe Yee - A Chinese resident of Russia, his occupation is a freelance artist and a Black Market Doctor. He met CAT when he was painting at the Red Square. later after Cat's fight with the Bears he takes her in, and bandages her up. after she takes down another group sent by the CIA to retrieve her Cat takes a job at a friend's of Joe who runs a Bar. A running Gag is that he always manages to get Female clothes that Cat is embarrassed to wear in and causes her to lose her temper, and always manage to add fees to Cat's growing Bill. Recently shown emotion to cat and told her that he will go where ever she goes.
Golem - Russia's BEAR Unit leader, an extremely level-headed and a capable leader. He is prideful of his status as a soldier. He now follows order from Russia's national defense for some unknown reason. later briefly revealed that he's serving a long Prison Sentence and being addicted to a Drug. He's very depressed losing his team to Cat and wants to extract revenge, and maintains a sense of team Honor. extremely skilled with a bowie knife.
Shatra - A member of Russia's BEAR unit. He has an over-zealous personality who considers killing as some form of art. his weapons are similar to CAT's, a Dual bladed claw blade that has an integrated gun. in his second assault on CAT, he was killed by her due to Cat repeatedly kicking and punching him in the head causing him to fall into a trauma easily allowing CAT to kill him despite cornering her.
Balogh - A member of Russia's BEAR unit. He has a very large muscular body and speaks very little and very over-confident with his abilities. A heavy machine gun is hoisted onto his right shoulder and has various grenades on his belt. he's extremely powerful able to punch holes in the concrete in ease. and has an almost invincible constitution. In the Train Scene while Shatra and Golem was on the rooftop fighting CAT. He attempted to Undress Hao Fung's clothes but was stop when her brother came snatched her away slashed at his face that nearly cost Balogh an Eye and detonated a bomb . He takes over to defeat CAT after Shatra was killed, but was killed shortly after when CAT managed to Pickpocket all the Pins of the grenades on his belt blowing him up to bits.
Alfred - Russia's director of National Defense. He trusts Polguschev's ability explicitly and supports his every decision.
Eve - Alvas' secretary who admires him to a great extent. She is on of the very few people who knows about Alvas' secret plan of mad game. and was quickly arrested by the FBI after Alvas betrayed the US and made to work to capture Alvas
Prof. Gerald - A Bio-tech scientist of the United States, he is in charge of managing the SFP project. He is highly concerned of the subjects of his project. He is slightly disturbed by Alvas' actions. He was one of the people that oversaw CAT's Training with Alvas
Moses Stanley - An American spy caught in Russia by the KGB. He thought the CIA sent CAT to save him, but it turns out that CAT is there for revenge as he was one of the 3 who violated Cat. He's very over confident in his abilities as he self-proclaim himself as the Gunslinger in the CIA but was killed seconds trying to draw his gun on Cat.
