Confession is the second album released by Ill Niño. It has been their most successful album to date, selling nearly 500,000 copies (Gold status) in the United States.

Notes:

  • "Have You Ever Felt?" is played in the game Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter for the Xbox 360.
  • Tracks 15, 16 and 17 are only included on special versions of the album
  • There is also a Spanglish version of "How Can I Live" which features the verse sung in Spanish with the chorus in English.
  • There are also 4 demos tracks about Confession sessions: "About Them", "Every Day", "Make Me Feel" and "When It Cuts (demo)".
  • There are also 2 tracks acoustic version (recorded live at the AAF studios): "How Can I Live" and "This Time's for Real".
  • The song "When It Cuts" is featured on the Playstation Portable game Infected.
